9am I received a call from a gentleman in Portreath about a cub on the road it was stunned and had facial wounds. He waited with it till we arrived, taken to St.Ives vets for check up where it was found to have no serious damage but needed 48 hours observation because of head trauma. Taken to our home where he was kept in our front room to recover. Initially all seemed well but after 2days the cub started to have fits. We took him to the vets  but sadly he did not respond to the treatment so had be put to sleep
